Important information regarding your booking with Hatfields
If we are collecting your vehicle we will ring you the day before to confirm collection details, please ensure if your car is in for service, please check your service book and locking wheel nut removal key have been retained in the car on the passenger seat for our usage.

If we are providing you with a loan / courtesy car, please ensure you bring your Driving Licence with you on the day, this being the credit card, this will prevent any such delays in insurance acceptance. Please note we have a standard charge of £10.00 per day insurance cover, in the unlikely event of an accident or subsequent motor claim whilst you are in possession of our courtesy car, your own insurance excess will not be affected if you have opted to go on our Insurance policy via Dealer Car Manager.

Hatfields now offer comprehensive service plans, easy, affordable and can be put on any Hyundai vehicle up to 8 years old, to find out more or to receive a quote from our service team please ask your duty service advisor either when we call you prior to your booking or in deed any point throughout your appointment.
