I am acutely aware that staff shortages at Liverpool Land Rover have resulted in a level of service that falls short of the standards that we set ourselves. I am sorry if you have experienced anything other than first class customer care from Hatfields.
I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that this is now being addressed - our first step was the recruitment of Service Manager, Terry Hackett, earlier this year. Terry, who spent 25 years at Mercedes Benz, has a wealth of experience and is gradually building the team back to full strength over the next few months.
As a group we hold ourselves to the highest standards of service - this is why Land Rover recently named Hatfields ‘Group of the Year’ - and why I am confident that these issues will be addressed.
