Following 9 years as Head of Business at Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool, Simon Broughton returns to Shrewsbury to head up Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury.
Simon has been with Hatfields for over 30 years, having started in the parts department, Simon has progressed through every department in the business.
“As a valued customer, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new Head of Business at Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury.
I’m married to Kate and have 3 wonderful children. I’m originally from South Cheshire and am pleased to be back in Shrewsbury with fond memories of time spent here previously. Having spent the majority of my career in the motor industry I appreciate the value of serving the local community and the importance of building strong, lasting relationships. I believe that everything begins with excellent customer service which is why customer satisfaction and a genuine desire to delight is my priority.
The Hatfields group has a rich heritage in selling Jaguar Cars and an enviable reputation for providing outstanding customer service, both of which I am passionate about. With the recent launch of the all new Jaguar I-PACE, along with the recently released E-PACE, this really is an exciting time for me to have returned to Jaguar and the team here at Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury.
