As a valued customer, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new Brand Manager at Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury.
Originally from the West Midlands, I moved to Shropshire 16 years ago, where I have settled with my family. Having spent the majority of my career in the motor industry, 10 years of which were with Jaguar, I appreciate the value of serving the local community and the importance of building strong, lasting relationships.
I believe that everything begins with excellent customer service which is why customer satisfaction and a genuine desire to delight is my priority.
The Hatfields group has a rich heritage in selling Jaguar Cars and an enviable reputation for providing outstanding customer service, both of which I am passionate about.
Over the coming months we have the much anticipated launch of the all new Jaguar I-PACE, along with the recently released E-PACE, this really is an exciting time for me to have joined the team here at Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury.
